A conversation between a grandmother and her granddaughter unfolds against a backdrop of everyday scenes, weathered by time. More than adialogue, it is the elderly woman who speaks: the girl listens and treasures that weathered voice. Reflections on an episode from thegrandmother’s youth—her marriage—come to life and are passed on to the granddaughter. That conversation between grandmother and granddaughter, in reality, already belongs to the past and intertwines with the present.
